Can I remotely manage my NetGenie appliance(s)?
Yes, you can remotely manage all your NetGenie appliances, one at a time, by enabling
NetGenie’s on-Cloud Management Service (NCMS).
To enable NCMS, follow the steps given below:
1. Log in to NetGenie with administrator credentials.
2. Go to
Remote Mgt.
Configuration
.
3. Tick the check boxes against
Enable all logs
and
Enable Remote Logging
.
