Troubleshooting
My Glance screen is blank
Your battery may be run out. Please charge it and try again.
My Glance doesn’t show the time when I raise my wrist
Make sure Glance’s “Wrist Arise” function is enabled. Please refer to P.11 of this
manual.
My Glance doesn’t track my steps
Make sure you’re wearing your Glance correctly. Please refer to P.9-10 of this
manual.
My Glance doesn’t start ProRun mode automatically
Make sure you turn “ProRun Auto Detect” on. Please refer to P.15 of this manual.
Can’t charge my Glance
Make sure you’re using the charging cradle correctly. Please refer to P.12 of this
manual.
Make sure your charger and USB cable work. Test it by charging other devices (such
as a phone) with the same charger.
Sometimes when the battery level is too low, it may takes a few minute before you
see charging animation on the display. Simply relax and check it out again later.
Can‘t connect/sync with my Glance
Make sure you have the latest version of Glance App (refer to P.27).
If the problem persists, go to “Settings”, turn Bluetooth off and on and try again.
Can‘t update my Glance firmware
You battery may be low. Try charging it before updating.
