What should I do if I travel to a city with a different Time zone?
First, adjust the time on your phone, then sync Glance via the Glance App.
(Time zone changes may result in data loss when the clock is rolled back – or gaps in
data when the clock rolls forward)
How do I turn silent alarms off?
Manage silent alarms in Glance App. Please refer to P.26 of this manual.
How long do I need to charge my Glance?
Normally, you can fully charge your low power Glance within 1 hour, depending on
the charger you use.
Is Glance waterproof?
Glance is sweat proof but not waterproof. DO NOT wear Glance when showering or
swimming.
How do I turn off my Glance?
Glance tracks your every minute motion. You don’t need to turn it off.
What does the LED light mean?
The two LEDs come on for different reasons.

Red light: indicates your Glance battery has run out.

Green light: indicates Glance is fully charged.
Can I achieve goals more than once in a day?
Glance Core would only detect and notify achieved goal once a day. Even if you
modify the goal and achieve it, it will not notify you again. The notification will be
reset at 00:00 midnight every day.
