Owner’s Guide
Rear Axle Speed Lever
The rear axle speed lever changes the rear axle to the low-speed or high-speed range. Only
change the rear axle speed when the vehicle is stopped.
Move the lever toward the front of the vehicle to the high-speed position for the high-speed range.
The high-speed range is 0 to 20.45 mph (0 to 32.91 kph).
Move the lever toward the back of the vehicle to the low-speed position for the low-speed range.
The low-speed range is 0 to 6.45 mph (0 to 10.39 kph).
If the lever does not move easily the selector gears are not aligned in the rear axle. Do not force
the lever or cable damage can occur. Drive the vehicle 1 foot (30 cm) in the forward or reverse
direction until the lever moves easily to the needed position.
2WD/4WD Lever
The 2WD/4WD lever engages or disengages the output to the front axle. Only change the lever
position when the vehicle is stopped. The 2WD/4WD lever is only on a vehicle with the 4WD
option installed.
Move the lever to the 4WD position to engage the 4WD output to the front axle.
Move the lever to the 2WD position to disengage the 4WD output to the front axle.
If the lever does not move easily the selector gears are not aligned in the rear axle. Do not force
the lever or cable damage can occur. Drive the vehicle 1 foot (30 cm) in the forward or reverse
direction until the lever moves easily to the needed position.
Lift Control Lever
The lift control lever lifts and lowers the vehicle bed.
Move the lever to the lift position to extend the bed cylinder and lift the bed. When the bed is
lifted, release the lever. When the vehicle is operated for a long period of time, more force can
be needed to move the lever to the lift position.
Move the lever to the lower position to retract the bed cylinder and lower the bed. When the
bed is lowered, release the lever.
Move the lever to the float position to let the bed cylinder extend or retract as needed for
vehicle operation.
