Byte(s)
Description
0
The following bits indicate hour meter data:
• 0–2: The hour meter for which the data specified with bytes 1–4 applies:
–
001b: Keyswitch hour meter.
–
010b: Traction controller hour meter.
–
011b: Pump controller hour meter.
–
100b: Steering controller hour meter.
–
Other values: None of the hour meters.
• 3: Whether the “T” on the traction hour meter blinks. 1b = blink.
• 4: Whether the “P” on the pump hour meter blinks. 1b = blink.
• 5: Whether the “S” on the steering hour meter blinks. 1b = blink.
Note
: The
specifies whether the traction, pump, and steering hour
meters are displayed.
• 6–7.
Reserved
.
1–4
The data for the hour meter specified with bits 0–2 of byte 0:
• Byte 1 indicates the data’s last two numbers. The range of valid values is 0–99.
• Bytes 2–4 indicate the data’s first four numbers. The range of valid values is 0–9999.
For example, if byte 1 specifies 63h and bytes 2–4 specify 270Fh, the hour meter data
is 999999.
5
The following bits indicate various types of data:
• 0: Whether cargo weight is displayed in the
1b = displayed.
Note
: The cargo weight and lift height area is displayed on the counterbalanced forklifts screen.
• 1: Whether lift height is displayed in the cargo weight and lift height area. 1b = displayed.
• 2–3: Whether the data specified in bytes 3–6 of RPDO3 applies to the cargo weight or
lift height:
–
01b: Weight.
–
10b: Height.
–
Other values: The data applies to neither weight nor height.
• 4: Whether fault codes for the lithium battery are displayed. 1b = displayed.
• 5: Whether fault codes for the steering controller are displayed. 1b = displayed.
• 6: Whether the battery voltage is displayed in the BDI area. 1b = displayed.
• 7: How the data specified with byte 5 of RPDO1 is scaled when it is displayed on
the speedometer:
–
0: The speed data is divided by 10.
–
1: The speed data is divided by 5.
6
The fault code for the lithium battery. The four most significant digits indicate the fault code’s
first digit. The four least significant bits indicate the second digit.
0h indicates there is not an active fault.
7
The fault code for the steering controller. The four most significant digits indicate the fault code’s
first digit. The four least significant bits indicate the second digit.
0h indicates there is not an active fault.
