Pan.
In medium bowl, whisk flour
and baking powder.

butter, sugar, vanilla and salt
on medium high speed until
light and fluffy.
Granulate sugar

Add eggs, one at a time, beat-
ing well after each addition.
Buttermilk

Reduce speed to low, and add
in flour and buttermilk alter-
nately in three batches until
just blended. Transfer batter to
Bread Pan.
Place Bread Pan in bread
maker.
Press Menu to select #19 Bake
Program.
Select Crust Color (Light
recommended).
Set Timer to 1 hour and 10
minutes.
Press Start to activate program.

HOMEMADE YOGURT

In medium saucepan,
while stirring, bring
milk to a boil (180°F).
Plain whole milk
yogurt, preferably
organic

1/2 cup
Cool milk to lukewarm (110°F).
Whisk in yogurt. Transfer
mixture to Bread Pan.

After program ends, gently stir
yogurt and chill overnight.
