Washing machine
cannot start up
•
Check that the door is closed tightly.
•
Check that the power is on.
•
Check that the water supply tap is open.
•
Check a program is selected.
•
Check that the Start/Pause button is pressed.
Water leakage or
water is coming
from the bottom of
the machine
•
The inlet hose and/or drain
hose has a leak.
•
The inlet hose connections or
drain hose connections are not
tight.
•
Drain pipe in the room is
blocked.
•
Check and fasten hose connections.
•
Clean up drain hose and ask a service agent to
repair it if necessary.
•
Fix the inlet hose.
•
Replace the drain hose.
•
Replace the inlet hose.
Indicator lights not
working
•
Power is disconnected or the
unit is turned off.
•
Plug in and switch on at the mains.
•
Check the mains plug and fuse.
•
Check that the washing machine is turned on.
•
You may be experiencing a power cut.
Unsatisfactory wash
results
•
The clothes are too dirty.
•
Insufficient detergent quantity.
•
Select a different wash program.
•
Add the proper detergent quantity according to
the instructions on your detergent packaging.
Machine is draining
while being filled
•
The height of the drain hose is
below 60 cm.
•
The drain hose is in water.
•
Install drain hose within 60-100 cm of height.
•
Make sure the drain hose is not in water.
Drainage failure
•
Drain hose is blocked.
•
Drain hose end is higher than
100 cm above the floor level.
•
The pump filter is blocked.
•
Unblock the drain hose.
•
Make sure the drain hose end is lower than
100 cm above floor level.
•
Unblock the pump filter.
Machine is vibrating
•
Washing machine is not level.
•
Incorrect load.
•
The transit bolts have not been
removed.
•
Adjust the feet to make the machine level.
•
Add or remove some laundry.
•
Remove the transit bolts. Remember to keep
them.
The Start/Pause light
is flashing.
•
The door isn’t closed properly.
•
Close the door, you should hear it click closed.
•
If the light keeps flashing call your service
agent.
The Program ready
light is flashing.
•
The water level is low in the
machine.
•
Check the water is switched on at the mains.
•
Check the water supply hose and filter isn’t
blocked.
•
If the light keeps flashing call your service
agent.
The Start/Pause and
Program ready lights
are flashing.
•
The pump filter is blocked.
•
The pump has failed.
•
Clean the pump filter.
•
If the lights keeps flashing call your service
agent.
The Program
Finished light
flashes.
•
Your machine is faulty.
•
Contact your service agent.
