Warranty
The warranty period for the ApaCare
®
Sonic toothbrush is 1 year
from the date of purchase. Brush heads are generally excluded
from the warranty.
In the event of justified complaints during the warranty period,
the toothbrush will be replaced.
The warranty is excluded in the following cases:
1. Incorrect use of the toothbrush.
2. Damage after attempting to open the device by yourself or
attempting to repair the device by yourself.
3. Self-inflicted damage.
4. Damages related to force majeure (fire, natural disasters, ...).
5. In case of signs of wear or scratches on the surface.
6. Damage due to improper use, e.g. industrial use.
7. Repairs or service after the warranty period will be charged.

To the extent that exclusion of liability is permitted by law, the
manufacturer and Cumdente GmbH shall have no liability what-
soever for any loss or damage caused by this product, whether
direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, regardless of
the legal basis, including warranty, contract, negligence or intent.
