Press  the  Lift  up  button  down 

again and then Ejector Button to 

release whisk or hooks or beater.

Take the mixing bowl out off the 

Bowl holder

Clean  the  parts  as  described     

under “Cleaning” 

Inserting  whisk  or  hooks  or   

beater. into Beaters Insert location

Insert the plug into power socket.

Start the machine and set Speeds

Selector the right speed. No allow 

to operate the mixer more than 5 

min. each time, cool the machine 

down before next operation.

When  operation  finished,  turn 

Speeds Selector back to the “0” 

position to stop machine. Then 

remove the mains plug.

Press Ejector Button to release 

whisk or hooks or beater.

Clean  the  parts  as  described    

under  “Cleaning”

For bulk, dry foods. Such as flour, butter and potatoes.

Cannot add more than 500g flour with 325g water.

CANNOT WORK MORE THAN 5 MIN. Cool 

the machine at least 30 min. before next operation.

For pectic ingredients, such as Chocolate with milk or 

sugar and so on. Cannot add liquid ingredients more 

than 30% bowl capacity.

CANNOT WORK MORE THAN 5 MIN. Cool the 

machine at least 30 min. before next operation.

For beating eggs, cooked icings, whipping potatoes and 

cream and so on.  Cannot put more than 5 eggs white.

CANNOT WORK MORE THAN 5 MIN. Cool the 

machine at least 30 min. before next operation.
