How to use
- Put the bowl on the housing.
- Put one side of the cutter on
the disc. (fig.11)
- Press down the side that
draw the world “push up” of
the cutter with the toe. (fig.12)
- Put the cutter disc in place
with two fingers. (fig.13)
- Put the lid on the bowl.
(fig.14)
- Put the ingredients in the
throat. (fig.15)
- Press the pusher lightly onto
the ingredients in the throat.
- For grating and slicing: set
the speed control to position3.
(Highest speed)
- If you want to cut soft
vegetable or fruits, you can
also select a lower speed
setting.
- Press the ingredients slowly
and steadily down with the
pusher.
- Press the side of the cutter
that draw the word “push up”
out of the disc with the toe.

* Tips
1) Pre-cut large chunks to
make them fit into the throat.
2) Fill the throat evenly for the
best results.
3) When you have to cut large
amounts of foods, process
only small batches at a time and
empties the bowl regularly
between batches.
4) The potato rasp cutter can
be used for rasping potato or
other fruits and vegetable.
