Classic Fruit Smoothie
This recipe works great with any type
of fruit or juice, and don’t forget to add
your favourite smoothie supplements.
Makes 2 cups (500 ml)
1½
cups (375 ml) mixed fruit, fresh
or frozen, cut into 1- to 2-inch
(2.5 to 5 cm) pieces
½
banana, cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm)
pieces
½
cup (125 ml) juice (use your favourite)
1. Put all ingredients, in the order listed,
into the mixing beaker.
2. Blend until smooth, about 30 to 45 seconds.
3. Serve immediately.

teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground cinnamon

serving protein powder

cup (250 ml) oat milk
1. Put all ingredients, in the order listed,

2. Blend until smooth, about 45 seconds.
3. Serve immediately.
