Burner is supplied already set for natural
gas.
• Check ignition electrode
2
and
ionisation sensor
1
as per the
drawings enclosed.
• During assembly, check that O-ring
J
is fitted and correctly positioned.
• Check the position of turbulator
6
in
relation to the gas cover.
• Reassemble the assembly.
• Fit the grommet onto the cover.
• Fasten the cover.
• Tighten the ignition cable and connect
it to the transformer.
• On the cover, connect the connection
box’s integral ionisation cable.
• Check the assembly is airtight.
Secondary air
This is the amount of air flowing between
the turbulator diameter and blast tube.
Turbulator position (dimension
Y
) is read
on a template 0 to 40mm scale.
Maximum secondary air is set at 40 and
minimum at 0.
On delivery, dimension
Y
is set at
30mm.
However, this value can be adjusted
according to the following:
- requested power output
- firing quality (shock, vibration, judder,
time lag),
- combustion quality,
this value can be changed.
Setting
This is performed without removing
burner, whether stopped or in operation,
according to enclosed values.
By reducing dimension Y, CO
2
increases and vice versa.
• Turn screw
A
in the direction desired.

• Remove combustion components.
• Remove diffusor

, turbulator
4
and
distance piece
5
.
• Reassemble the pieces while returning
distance piece

between turbulator
and star head (see diagram).
Blast tube radial adjustment
After having unscrewed the three
screws
S
, the blast tube’s position can
be adjusted using handle
H
.
A change in position can have an
influence on the NOx values.
Factory setting: position: 1.
