When the product is not used properly in compliance with the User Manual, the product may not work properly even
if it is not out of order. Please take the following measures accordingly if there is a problem with the product.
If there is still a problem, please contact our Customer Service Center.

The water has bad
taste and/or odor.
Have you not used the Water Purifier for
a long time?
Isn't it the time for replacing the Filters?
Drain the water inside the Cold Water Tank, and
clean the Cold Water Tank or operate the
automatic sterilization.
Request for the replacement of the Filter to our
Customer Service Center.
No water comes
out.
Is the tap water being supplied
smoothly?
Have you pressed the Out Flow button
properly?
Isn't there water under the product?
Isn't it the time for replacing the Filters?
Open the Tap Water Supply Valve.
Check if the Feed Tube is folded.
Check if water is cut off.
Press the Out Flow button properly.
Close the Tap Water Supply Valve, unplug the
product, and contact our Customer Service
Center.
Request for the replacement of the Filter to our
Customer Service Center.
No cold water comes
out.
Have you extracted a lot of cold water?
Haven't you closed the Tap Water
Supply Valve?
Is the ventilation at the back of the
product good?
If you have extracted more than the Cold Water
tank capacity, the product needs a time for
recooling.
Check the Tap Water Supply Valve.
Check if the radiator at the back of the product
is blocked. Remove any objects blocking the
radiator.
Move the product to a place with good
ventilation. (Please contact our Customer
Service Center when you move and reinstall the
product.)
The hot water is
lukewarm.
Is it the first cup of hot water?
When you first operate the Instantaneous Hot
Water function, the temperature of the first cup
may be low.
Check if the temperature of the hot water is
normal from the second cup.
