Coating of inner pot
- Use the plastic or wooden rice scoops when transferring the rice because the inner pot
is coated in PTFE.
- The change of color during using the pot is caused by water or steam. This does not
have an effect on hygiene and usage of the cooker, so you can use it safely.

Care and Maintenance
Cleaning
Unplug the power cord before cleaning. Do not spray water directly on the product and do not
use benzene or thinner to clean.
Failure to keep the cooker clean is one of the causes of rice taking on a smell while being kept
warm.

Main Unit, Casing (Protective Case), Lid,
Lid Packing
Take a dish towel, soaked in water and wipe off the
dirt.

Inner Lid
Do not detach the center packing and
soak in warm water. Wipe it off with a
sponge and remove excess moisture with
a dry kitchen towel.

Water Collector, Rice Scoop
Detach them from the main unit and clean with a sponge. Dry them
completely and wipe with a dry kitchen towel.
●
Heating Plate, Automatic Temperature Switch
Always keep heating plate and automatic temperature switch clean to get rid of
debris and buildup. If there is a debris on them, wipe with a sandpaper/No. 320
being sold in the market.

Lid Packing
When cleaning the lid packing, it can be inserted between the lid and the body of
the cooker.
Pull the inserted part and fit it into the proper location.

This may degrade the cooker’s performance.
