of the following formulas:
For DL Start: (Channel # x 0.0125) + 850.9875 = Frequency
For DL Stop: (Channel # x 0.0125) + 851.0000 = Frequency
For UL Start: (Channel # x 0.0125) + 805.9875 = Frequency
For UL Stop: (Channel # x 0.0125) + 806.0000 = Frequency
