Pressing a hard key sends a unique signal to the control system that is determined by
the page location shown on the LCD. A hard key can be programmed to send
different commands for the MAIN page, a Grp1 page, a Grp2 page, etc. For example,
if the ON button is pressed while viewing the MAIN page, the signal
“MAIN_PowerOn” will go high. If the ON button is pressed while viewing a page in
the Grp3 group, the signal “Grp3_PowerOn” will go high.
NOTE:
Hard key button presses will continuously send signal pulses as long as a
button is held.
If a hard key is not defined, the button will have no function when pressed.
