Connections to Rear of 1-Gang Wall Plate Receiver
2. Using a Phillips screwdriver (not included) and the two included 6-32 x 3/4-inch combo
truss head screws, attach the device to the electrical box.
3. Attach a decorator style faceplate (not included) to the front of the device using two
screws (not included).
NOTE: The optional Crestron
faceplate assembly is sold separately.
