Use the following settings to create a new user:

Name: Enter a group name.
NOTE: If authenticating with Active Directory, do not enter the domain name for the
Active Directory group in the Name field. If this information is being entered via
console commands, omit
domain\local
from the command (for example, use
adddomaing -n:crestron -L:A
instead of
adddomaing -
n:domain.local\crestron -L:A
).

Access Level: Select the access level for the selected group (Administrator, Programmer,
Operator, User, or Connect).
l
Active Directory Group: Turn on the toggle to have the group authenticated through
Active Directory.
Select OK to save any changes and create the new group or select Cancel to cancel. The new
group is added to the Groups tab of the Authentication Management accordion.
