Configure a User for Each Device/Phone
Configure the Crestron Avia DSP device as a generic SIP phone that registers to the Mitel
PBX. Configure a user for each phone and Crestron device used in this example.
To configure a user for each device/phone (for this example):
1. Click Users and Devices > User and Services Configuration.
2. Click Add > Default Users and Device.
Mitel: Add User - User Profile
3. In the User Profile tab, do the following:
a. Enter DUT1 for the Last Name.
b. Enter DSP1 for the First Name.
