Message Levels
The following table defines the five levels of messages that can appear in the
persistent log.

OK
General information about an event that has
occurred
Info
General information about an event that has
occurred
Notice
An event has occurred that is noteworthy but that
does not affect program operation
Warning
An event has occurred that could affect program
operation, but the program still runs normally
Error
An event has occurred indicating the program is
not running as expected
Fatal
An event has occurred that prevents the program
from running
Message Format
Each error message has the following format:

A description of the message
Some error messages have a suffix with additional information in parenthesis:
Level: {Application} [App#] # [Date/Time] # Message
Example:
Info: TLDM.exe # 2019-02-07 11:58:45 # Router got
Connected
When reporting an error message to a Crestron customer service representative,
report the exact message as it appears in the error log. The
Application
field
indicates the program that produced the error.
NOTE:
The
App#
field is displayed when there are multiple instances of a single
application (such as SimplSharpPro.exe) running and indicates the program slot
(1–10) to which the program is associated.
