1. When cleaning the eyepiece or objective lens, use the included lens cloth

or a soft lint-free cloth. Remove any visible dust or debris by blowing it off

or using a smooth lens brush. 

2. To remove any remaining dirt, add 1 or 2 drops of alcohol to a lens cloth

and gently wipe the lens and eyepiece in a circular motion. NEVER use facial

tissue, heavy cotton, or flannel clothing on lenses—these materials can

scratch the surface of a lens.

3. Always attach the lens covers when you are not using the binoculars.

4. Store your binoculars in a moisture-free area. 

IMPORTANT: Binoculars are not intended for looking at the sun, or any other

intense light source. Such viewing could damage the retina and cornea of

your eyes—even to the point of causing blindness.
