• The helmet should be replaced if it no longer fits properly or 8 years after the date of manufacture
at the latest even if no damage can be detected. Regularly check your helmet for visible defects!
11. WARRANTY/GUARANTEE
This product has been manufactured to the highest quality standards, tested and approved
according to the relevant standards. In addition to the replacement guarantee, the buyer is
entitled to a warranty period of 24 months from the date of purchase on the material and
workmanship with presentation of proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage
caused by accident, misuse, alterations to the product, normal wear and tear and improper
handling of the product. Original stickers on the inside of the helmet must not be removed.
Carefully read the sections 1.GENERAL PURPOSE OF USE AND GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION,
10.SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS as well as 11.1. CRATONI REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE.
In the following cases, the warranty will end early.
• If the product has been sold or transferred to third parties.
• If the manufacturer’s name, the serial number, the product label or other labels have been
changed or removed.
• If an unauthorised person has tried to disassemble, repair or modify the product.
11.1 CRATONI REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
As a special guarantee service in the event of a fall, CRATONI offers the CRATONI Replacement
Guarantee in addition to the statutory 2-year warranty: CRATONI replaces any helmet that has
become unusable after a crash, with a value of up to 50% of the recommended retail price. This
is applicable for the first owner and only within a period of 3 years after the date of purchase. To
get a replacement helmet, fill out the form on https://cratoni.com/kundenservice and send the
defective helmet (with serial number) to the respective CRATONI distributor in your country. You
can find out the sales partner‘s address from [email protected] or phone +49 (7183) 939300.
We can only accept prepaid shipments. Enclose the original proof of purchase and a detailed
description of the cause of the accident with the shipment. The helmet sent in will be replaced
for you at 50% of the recommended retail price with cash on delivery.
If the same model is no longer available, the model will be chosen that comes closest to the
defective helmet in terms of shape, price, size and colour.
