REMOTE CONTROL
There are 6 buttons on the remote control. Their function is
equivalent to the functions of the touch sensors on the control
panel of the device. If you wish to use the remote control, point it
at the approximate level of the control panel with the display. The
maximum signal range is 6 meters. If you place the remote in such
a way the transmission of the signal is blocked by barrier, the signal
may not be transmitted at all.
CHANGING THE BATTERY
1.
Remove the battery door on the back of the remote
2.
Confirm polarity and insert battery into the battery door.
3.
Insert battery door back into remote.
SAFETY PROTECTION SYSTEMS
This Tower Heater has protection safeguards that shut off the Tower Heater when/if the
components become excessively hot including a tip over switch and overheat
protection.
If the tower heater becomes overheated, it will shut OFF automatically.
Remove any nearby objects that may be causing overheat conditions. Keep at
least three feet of space on all sides of the heater to allow adequate air
circulation.
Use the Tower Heater in a well-ventilated area.
Place on a flat, smooth, stable surface.
Unplug the Tower Heater from power outlet. Allow Tower Heater to completely
cool, then plug back into the electrical outlet for use.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If your Tower Heater shuts off unexpectedly or fails to operate, the above mentioned
safety features may have activated to prevent overheating.
Be sure the power supply cord is plugged into a working electrical outlet.
The Tower Heater may be off due to overheating. Unplug the cord and allow it
to cool 15-20 minutes before plugging it back in & turning it on.
