Before starting a training program, consult your doctor. This is 

particularly important for people over 35 years of age or for 

people with pre-existing health problems.

Risk of damage!

If you are not cautious when opening the packaging with a sharp 

knife or other pointy objects, you may quickly damage the X-Bike.
− Be very careful when opening.

1.  Take the X-Bike out of the packaging.
2. Check to make sure that all parts are included (see 

Fig. A

).

3. Check whether the X-Bike or the individual parts exhibit damage. If this is the case, 

do not use the X-Bike. Contact the manufacturer at the service address specified on 

the warranty card. 

4. Select a suitable parking space for the X-Bike.

NOTICE!

Ensure the safe footing of your X-Bike before starting your train-

ing. The X-Bike must be set up on a stable and horizontal surface. 

It must stand on a firm, flat and non-slip surface. Any uneven-

ness in the ground must be levelled out. 
When exercising with your X-Bike, make sure that you have 

sufficient room to move and that there are no levers, adjustment 

mechanisms, furnishings or people, and especially no small

-  Read all warnings and cautions posted on the machine.
-  The X-Bike may only be used by one person at a time.
-  If you experience any dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or other 

abnormal symptoms, stop exercising and seek medical atten-

tion immediately.

-  Place the X-Bike on a level and horizontal surface.
-  Do not place the X-Bike on loose carpets or uneven surfaces. 
-  Keep your hands away from all moving parts during operation. 

There is a risk of crushing injuries!

-  Always wear suitable training clothes when exercising. Do not 

wear loose clothing or other clothing that may get caught in 

the machine. 

-  Wear suitable footwear.
-  Do not place sharp objects around the unit.
-  Disabled people should not use the machine without a quali-

fied person or the accompaniment of a doctor.

-  Before using the X-Bike for training, always perform stretching 

exercises to warm up properly.

-  The maximum weight limit is 286.6 lb. (130 kg).
-  Before using the X-Bike, check it for defective or loose parts. 

Defective parts must be replaced immediately. Loose parts 

must be mounted correctly as described in the instructions.

-  Keep the surfaces of the pedals dry during use.

WARNING!

-  Class C crank training equipment is not suitable for high accu-

racy purposes.
