Now that you’ve created a Technician Role, you can create user accounts for your Technicians and assign them to a Role.

Click 

Users

 in the navigation bar

In the Users screen, under the Actions 
drop-down, click 

Create User

Enter the technicians information, then 
Click 

Save

 to create the user, or 

Save 

and New 

to save the current user and 

enter another.

The technician will receive an email 
instructing them to create a simplifi 
password. They will use this email and 
password to log into the simplifi app.

Your technician can now visit the iPhone 
App Store to download the simplifi app. 

Once the technician logs into the app 
with his simplifi credentials, he will 
have access to your company’s regis-
tered Synq devices. 
 

Search the iOS App Store for “simplifi Mobile”, or follow this QR code to
