Performance Tests

7.5.1
Power-On Test
Use the power-on test to confirm basic functionality of the unit.
To perform the power-on test:
1.
Plug the warming unit’s power cord into the outlet, and press the
On/Standby
key.
2.
Verify that the unit passes its power-on self-test (POST) and enters Ready mode:
•
The status LED turns green, and the display turns on.
•
A short tone sounds, indicating a successful POST. If POST is unsuccessful, an
alarm screen appears (see
•
The Main screen appears (
). Note that if the filter needs to be
replaced, the Replace Filter screen appears instead of the Main screen
(
). If you see the Replace Filter screen, press the
OK
key to proceed
to the Main screen. (The filter must be replaced before placing the unit back
in operation. Refer to
