Problem Resolution
There is no response when I press the
ON/STANDBY key. Ensure the supply voltage selector switch is set to the proper voltage.
A fuse may be malfunctioning. Notify a qualified service technician to check and,
if necessary, replace the fuse.
If operating on battery power, the battery may be missing or discharged. If the
battery is discharged, charge the battery, see
Monitoring Oximeter Power

27. If the battery does not charge, notify a service personnel to replace the
battery.
One or more display elements or
indicators do not light during the
power-on self-test (POST). Do not use the N-600x pulse oximeter; contact qualified service personnel or
your local Nellcor representative.
The oximeter is operating on battery
power, even though it is connected to
an AC power source. Ensure the supply voltage selector switch is set to the proper voltage.
Ensure the power cord is properly connected to the oximeter.
Check to see if power is available to other equipment on the same AC circuit.
