TIMEOUT_ON_CLOSE
(Added in Ver 1.09) - Error 27 occurs when specific Hoistway Doors do not reach
FULL CLOSE (actual physical stall), or the iLEARN does not receive sufficient information from the Close iS-
ENSOR to indicate FULL CLOSE within an alloted time.
Hoistway Door Timeouts occur as follows: If after 10s the iSENSOR magnet is not discovered, the doors go
to slow speed. If after another 10s the “creep position” is not found, the doors go to creep speed. If after 30s
total, the FULL CLOSE position has not been found then a “TIMEOUT_ON_CLOSE” fault is generated. At this
point, the iLEARN Control will reset the stall position of the corresponding iSENSOR. The hoistway doors will
travel at “creep” speed until the iSENSOR magnet is found and a new FULL CLOSE position is identified by the
iLEARN System.
Check the physical condition of the Door Panels and tracks. Make sure there are no physical barriers which
prevent the Hoistway Doors from reaching FULL CLOSE. Check the physical condition of the CLOSE iSEN-
SOR and iSENSOR Magnet. Replace if damaged.

GATE_ERROR_EXPANSION_MODULE_FAULT
(Added in Ver. 2.0) - Error 28 indicates that the
iDRIVE.G Car Top Controller is not communicating with the Car Top Expansion Module.
Check the CANbus cable between the iDRIVE.G VFD Control and the Car Top Expansion Module.

GATE_ERROR_ENCODER_FAULT
(Added in Ver. 2.0) - Error 29 indicates that the current Car Gate’s
FULL OPEN position is greater than 110% of the “learned” FULL OPEN position.
Run the Gate SetUp Wizard to re-establish the Car Gate’s “learned” FULL OPEN position.

GATE_ERROR_TIMEOUT
(Added in Ver. 2.0) - Error 30 occurs when a Car Gate does not reach FULL
OPEN or FULL CLOSE within an alloted time (30s).
Check the physical condition of the Car Gate, Gate Shoes, and Gate Motor. Run the Gate Setup Wizard to re-
establish the Car Gate’s “learned” FULL OPEN and FULL CLOSE position.
