1.Unplug the power to take out
the ice which blocking the tray,
then plug the power and press
the P OWER b utton, t he
machine w ill r estart 3 mins
later.
2. Call the service hotline.
The machine is
always working,
but the water is

warming
The solenoid valve
has failed.
Replace the solenoid valve.
