YHC 700
10. Diagnostics
9.2.4.2 Connecting to YLCs via IP
To configure the YLCs from ClimaOffice, load the relevant application mimic panels in
ClimaOffice and create the corresponding installation, making sure you specify the following
configuration parameters:
●
Controller connection
→ TCP/IP connection (GPRS or Ethernet network)
●
Target IP address
→ IP address of the YHC 700 (if the controller is connected to the
RS485 bus) or IP address of the controller (if the controller is connected to STE000)
●
Controller access code
: Modbus slave address of the controller
WARNING
: the addresses entered for each YLC must be the same entered during the
configuration phase of YHC700 (chapter 7.2.1)
NOTE
: ClimaOffice accesses the controllers using the default Modbus RTU protocol. Should
the controllers be configured to use Modbus TCP, it is necessary to modify the field
"Controller access code", following the slave address with the string “/TCP”.
Example: “1/TCP”
9.3 Commissioning a monitoring system
Commissioning in this case involves the following steps:
1. Commissioning of the field devices
2. YHC configuration
9.2.1 Field devices commissioning
The devices are installed according to the instructions provided in each device data sheet;
they are connected to the YHC by means of the RS485 #2 bus.
NOTE
:
•
BRG C and CSW may be assigned any ModBus address between 81 and 89.
•
It is kindly recommended to assign subsequent addresses and to avoid leaving
unused addresses between a receiver and the following one; this way, if additional
receivers will be installed in the future, they will have a higher address, and this will
make it easier to spot the new devices in the YHC html page.
9.3.2 YHC Configuration
Configure YHC as described in chapter 7.
10. Diagnostics
Once connected to YCH as described in chapter 7, you enter the HTML pages on board of the
device. These pages are of two types:
•
pages providing details/infos on the devices in field (HOME & DIAGNOSTICS pages)
•
configuration pages (see chapter 7)
