ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
NOTE:
It is well suggested that two or more people to assemble this machine to
avoid any possible injury.
Remove all the security tape and wrapping before the installation.
Step 1
1. lock seat frame (2) to the weight frame (1) with hexagon socket cap bolt (15) flat washer (32)
and nylon nut (28).
2. Unscrew hexagon socket cap bolt (16) and press handle connector (12), then insert back
adjusting frame connector (9) into the tube. Finally, screw back the hexagon socket cap bolt (16) to
original position.
