Troubleshooting 

 

 

Problem

Cause 

   

Solution

The machine does not turn 
on.

Power supply is missing.

Check the connections at the back of the 
machine (chapter 6.6).

Main switch in OFF position 
(0).

Set the main switch to the ON position (I) 
(chapter 6.6).

One or more fuses may be 
blown up.

Replace any blown fuse inside the fuse 
compartment (chapter 6.3)

The power syupply unit is in 
overcurrent.

Wait a few minutes and try to restart the 
machine. If the problem persists, contact the 
authorized technical service.

Electrical connections are 
defective.

Contact the authorized technical service.

The management software 
shows an error in the 
communication protocol.

Machine is OFF.

Turn the machine on (chapter 6.6) and restart 
the management software.

Machine disconnected from 
the computer.

Check the connections at the back of the 
machine (chapter 6.6)

Computer serial port or USB 
port wrongly configured or 
defective.

Use the configuration and calibration software 
to make sure you have correctly configured the 
port used to communicate with the machine

.

Serial cable damaged.

Replace the communication cable using 
manufacturer’s original spare parts.

Connection defective.

Contact the authorized technical service.

The WHITE lamp blinks slowly 
and the machine refuses the 
commands.

The machine is in the off-line 
1 condition.

Bring the machine to the on-line condition by 
using the off-line button.

The WHITE lamp blinks fast 
and the machine refuses the 
commands

.

The automatic cap is open 
and the machine is in the off-
line 2 condition.

Close the automatic cap and bring the machine 
to the on- line condition by using the off-line 
button.

The machine does not work 
and the

 

RED lamp is on.

Emergency button is pressed.

Release the emergency button (chapter 4.6).

The machine does not work 
and the

 

RED lamp blinks.

An error has occured.

Check the error message displayed in the 
software.

After removing the cause of the error, restore the 
machine by sending a reset command.

If the problem persists, contact the authorized 
technical service

.
