ALR00 - EMERGENZA
Il messaggio appare quando viene premuto il pulsante di arresto di
emergenza.
Rilasciare il pulsante di emergenza per cancellarne la
visualizzazione.
Dopo aver rilasciato l’emergenza potrebbe essere necessario
riportare la macchina nelle condizioni iniziali corrette di
funzionamento, premendo il tasto di avvio/arresto ciclo.
WRN01 - CHIUDI LA PORTA
Il messaggio appare quando viene comandato l’avvio del ciclo
mentre la porta è aperta.
Chiudere la porta per cancellarne la visualizzazione.
WRN04 - SPINGI PIATTO INFERIORE
Il messaggio appare quando il piatto di serraggio inferiore non è
correttamente inserito, oppure non viene rilevata la posizione di
piatto inserito dal relativo sensore.
Spingere con forza il piatto inferiore fino alla posizione di blocco.
WRN08 - CONDIZIONI INIZIALI
Il messaggio appare quando la macchina non è nelle condizioni
iniziali corrette per l’esecuzione del ciclo, che sono:
• la meccanica di agitazione deve essere in posizione verticale
• il perno di riposizionamento deve essere inserito
• i piatti di serraggio devono essere completamente aperti
Premere il tasto di avvio/arresto ciclo.
Il ripristino delle condizioni iniziali secondo questa procedura è
necessario dopo un arresto di emergenza o dopo un’interruzione
improvvisa dell’alimentazione.
Nota:
se si ritiene necessario verificare prima le condizioni della
latta e la posizione della meccanica rotante, prima di eseguire il
riposizionamento, è possibile sbloccare la porta, ed operare un
controllo visivo (capitoli 3.7.2, 3.7.3 e 3.7.4).
ALR09 - RIPOSIZIONAMENTO NON TERMINATO
Il messaggio appare quando la macchina non ha terminato
correttamente il processo di riposizionamento della meccanica.
Premere e rilasciare il pulsante di arresto di emergenza e
successivamente premere il tasto di avvio/arresto ciclo.
ALR11 - ERRORE MOTORE PERNO
Il motore del perno di riposizionamento è bloccato, i sensori non
funzionano oppure la molla di aggancio perno è danneggiata.
È richiesta assistenza tecnica per controllare i collegamenti e il
funzionamento dei sensori perno, del motore di azionamento e
della molla.
WRN18 - TROPPO ALTO
Il contenitore da miscelare è troppo alto oppure c’è un
malfunzionamento del sistema di controllo del serraggio (motore
serraggio o sensori posizione piatti).
Premere e rilasciare il pulsante di arresto di emergenza e
successivamente premere il tasto di avvio/arresto ciclo.
Rispettare le dimensioni di contenitori specificate sul manuale.
WRN19 - TROPPO BASSO
Il contenitore da miscelare è troppo basso o assente, oppure c’è un
malfunzionamento del sistema di controllo del serraggio (motore
serraggio o sensori posizione piatti).
Premere e rilasciare il pulsante di arresto di emergenza e
successivamente premere il tasto di avvio/arresto ciclo.
Rispettare le dimensioni di contenitori specificate sul manuale.

Release the emergency stop button to clear the alarm.
After releasing the emergency, it might be necessary to bring the
machine to the correct initial operating conditions, by pressing the
cycle start/stop key.
WRN01 - CLOSE THE DOOR
The message appears when cycle start command is given when the
door is open.
Close the door to clear the warning.
WRN04 - PUSH PLATE IN
The message appear when the bottom clamping plate is not
correctly inserted or the plate-in condition is not detected by the
corresponding sensor.
Push the plate firmly inside the machine until it locks in place.
WRN08 - INITIAL CONDITIONS
The message appears when the machine is not in the correct initial
operating conditions to execute the mixing cycle, that is to say:
• the mixing mechanics is in vertical position
• the repositioning pin must be hooked
• the clamping plates must be fully open
Press the cycle start/stop key.
After an emergency stop or after a sudden power outage, it is
necessary to restore initial machine conditions with this procedure.
Note:
if you think it is necessary to first check the conditions of
the can and the position of the mechanics, before executing the
repositioning) it is possibile to unlock the door and carry out a visual
check (chapters 3.7.2, 3.7.3 and 3.7.4).
ALR09 - REPOSITIONING TIME ELAPSED
The message appears when the machine has not correctly
terminated the mixing mechanics repositioning process.
Press and release the emergency stop button and then press the
cycle start/stop key.
ALR11 - PIN MOTOR ERROR
The repositioning pin motor is blocked, sensors are faulty or the
hooking spring of the pin is damaged.
Technical assistance is required to check connections and operation
of repositioning pin sensors, motor and spring.
WRN18 - CAN TOO BIG
The can to be mixed is too high or there is a fault on the clamping
control system (clamping motor or plates position sensors).
Press and release the emergency stop button and then press the
cycle start/stop key.
Use only cans with the dimensions specified in the user’s manual.
WRN19 - CAN TOO SMALL
The can to be mixed is too low or absent, or there is a fault on
the clamping control system (clamping motor or plates position
sensors).
Press and release the emergency stop button and then press the
cycle start/stop key.
Use only cans with the dimensions specified in the user’s manual.
