WARNING: If repairs are to be made to carbonated water system, disconnect electrical
power to Cooling Unit, shut off plain water and CO
2
supplies, and relieve the carbonated
water system pressure before proceeding. If repairs are to be made to syrup system, remove
quick disconnects from applicable syrup tank, then relieve the system pressure before proceeding.
If repairs are to be made to CO
2
system, stop dispensing, shut off CO
2
supply, then relieve the
system pressure before proceeding.
If repairs are to be made to an existing Remote Condensing unit, disconnect the power to the
condensing unit before proceeding.
TROUBLESHOOTING
IMPORTANT: Only qualified personnel should service internal components or electrical wiring.
Should your unit fail to operate properly, check that there is power to the unit and that the hopper con-
tains ice. If the unit does not dispense, check the following chart under the appropriate symptoms to aid
in locating the defect.

Excessive pressure against gate slide.

GATE OPENS. AGITATOR DOES NOT TURN.

Ice solidified in hopper.
B.
Defective agitator motor.
C. Defective capacitor.
D. Defective agitation timer.
ICE DISPENSES CONTINUOUSLY.
A.
Stuck or bent depressor plate (does not
release switch).
