- Pedals (T, fig. 16) that are used to rotate the
turntable spindle in a clockwise or anticlockwise
direction.
In the radio version, the controls are sent to the
machine via a transmitter radio.
To guarantee maximum battery life, the transmitter is only activated for the duration of
the control impulse (the green LED on the radio-control box lights up).
If the batteries are run down (the yellow LED on the control lever box lights up) or if the
transmitter is not working properly, the control unit can be connected to the machine
using the supplied cable.
If the yellow LED lights up during work operations, the machine can operate for approx.
two more hours, therefore it is advisable to recharge the batteries for approx. 4/6 hours
using the battery charger connected to the 230V mains, single-phase, 50 Hz.
In the cable version, the controls are sent to the machine via the cable that connects the
control console to the machine.
DESCRIPTION OF UNIT CONTROLS (ON REQUEST VERSION)
- 4-position lever (P, Fig.14a): its
horizontal movement commands
the transfer of the turntable
spindle-holder carriage; its vertical
movement commands the ascent/
descent of the turntable spindle-
holder arm.
- 4-position lever (S, Fig.14a): its
horizontal movement commands
the clockwise/anticlockwise rotation
of the turntable spindle; its vertical
movement commands the transfer of
the tool carriage.
- 4-position lever (R, Fig.14a): its
horizontal movement commands the
rotation of the tool arm; its vertical
movement commands the ascent/
descent of the tool arm (version 1300A only).
- 2-position button (Q1, Fig.14a): commands the opening of the turntable spindle.
- 2-position button (Q2, Fig.14a): commands the closure of the turntable spindle.
- Emergency mushroom-head button (T, Fig.14a): used to immediately stop every
movement.
