5. Device maintenance
Caution!
Disconnect the power supply before performing any
maintenance operations on the device.
To clean the device, use a dry cloth or slightly dampened with water. The
use of aggressive cleaning agents is strictly forbidden.
Check the status of the electrical connections and the temperature sensor
every 6 months.
In case of no Internet connection, the device will continue
working according to the set logic.
You can turn the device on or off in manual mode by
pressing the button on the plastic enclosure. As soon as
the internet connection is restored, the device will remain in
the status set through the button.
6. Warranty
The warranty of the device is 24 months from the date of purchase.
The serial number of the device is unique and the user is requested to
communicate it in case of malfunction during the warranty period.
The warranty will not be accepted in case of:
• Damage caused by incorrect installation or use
• Unauthorised repair attempt
• All those cases, such as chemical or electrical contamination, or other
factors that are not part of the normal use of the product
• All those cases that could aff ect the integrity of the device.
