There is no power to the product.
•
Ensure the product is plugged in to an outlet.
•
The lid must be securely closed for the product to operate.
•
The PRESS button on the front should be illuminated.
Items aren’t drying.
•
Ensure that prior to inserting items into the chamber, that all excess
water is removed.
•
Check to see the air filter is not blocked.
•
Ensure there is adequate space behind the product for proper airflow.
•
Change the air filter if it is older than 3 months old.
•
Ensure the product is on a level surface.
•
Set the timer for a longer dry time.
I think a UV light is out.
•
When the product is powered on, there are two viewing windows on
the lid of the product. These are illuminated either during the Sanitize
setting, or during the sanitization cycle of the AUTO setting. See

Ensure the bulbs are installed correctly.
•
Ensure the lid is securely closed.
The basket is not sitting properly in the chamber.
