11.0 Error Codes
In case of an error on the appliance, the following error codes are displayed on the
screen. For failures that require a reset, the RESET symbol is also displayed on the LCD
together with the error symbol.

Return water sensor error
Sensor faulty - Disconnectio
on the cables
Check the wiring of the sensor or replace the sensor
F1 Safety thermostat error

Failure of contact on the
thermostat terminals
Failure of contact on the circuit
board connector housing
Safety thermostat is faulty
Check the terminals of the safety thermostat
Check the connector housing that is seated on the
circuit board of the thermostat terminals
Replace the safety thermostat.

Ionization Component Error
This error is issued if the flame detection signal is out of range
for 15 seconds. Normal operation resumes if the flame
detection signal remains in normal range for 2 seconds.
Gas setting control/electrode control
F4 No gas available
Gas setting control
Gas valve control
Make sure that the gas settings are performed
correctly
Measure the inlet and outlet gas pressure using a pressure
gauge
Sensor faulty - Disconnection
on the cables
This error is issued after 3 ignitions for natural gas and
after 1 ignition for LPG.

Pressurestat error
Pressure stat cables
disconnected/faulty
Check the cable ends and connectors, and replace the
pressure stat if it is faulty.
F6
Gas valve return
This error is issued in case of an
error relayed with the gas valve
drive and return control circuit.
RESET is required to reset the fault
F7 Low voltage error
This error is issued if the supply line
voltage is below 165V±10V. Normal
operation resumes when the voltage
is above 175V±10V
This error is issued if an incorrect
flame is detected at least for 20
seconds while the burner is OFF.
Operation is not continued during
this 20 seconds period, it waits for
the extinguishing of the flame signal
to continue the operation of the
burner. Normal operation resumes if
the flame signal is off for at least 1
second.
Voltage inspection shall be performed, if the concern is resumed,
a regulator shall be recommended

Abrupt Ionization Error
Check the voltage, grounding and circuit board.

Gas valve modulation error
Fan modulation error
This error is issued if there is an
error in the connection of the gas
valve modulator, however it
resumes to operate with minimum
gas valve flow.
Inadequate supply voltage at 230V
Circuit board is damaged
Fan is damaged
Disconnection of Fan Modulation Cable
Fan Is Faulty, Replace It.
Check the Fan and the Circuit Board.
Check the inlet and outlet gas pressure, replace the gas valve
if the error is continued.
