Using the chopper attachment: 

 

The chopper attachment can be used for meat, hard cheese, nuts, herbs, boiled eggs, dry bread 
etc.

 

 

NOTE your hand blender is not suitable for grinding coffee beans.

 

 

When chopping meat ensure that all the bones have been removed, before adding to the bowl.

 

 

WARNING! Blades are very sharp. 

 

Fit the chopping blade into the chopping bowl, by sliding down onto the metal pole in the 
centre of the bowl. (See figure D below):

 

 

 

Add the food to be chopped.

 

 

Place the chopping lid on top, making sure that it is correctly fitted on the chopping blade. (See 
figure E below):

 

 

 

Place the blender body onto the top of the chopping bowl lid, twist and click into place.

 

 

Plug the blender into the mains socket and either hold down the slow or high speed on buttons, 
holding the blender and chopping bowl firmly on the work surface.

 

 

Hold down on either the slow or fast speed on buttons whilst blending. DO NOT hold down for 
longer than 30 seconds at a time.
