• Allow the battery to fully charge before the first use.
• The battery can be charged directly in the scooter,
make sure to turn OFF the power switch.
• The Battery Housing should always be ventilated
during charging to allow potentially explosive gases
to dissipate. Before removing/attaching any battery
cables always allow two minutes for any gases to
dissipate.
• ALWAYS plug the charger jack into the charging
socket first and then plug into the mains (220V AC).
• When charging is complete, unplug the charger from
the mains first and then from the charging socket.
• ALWAYS ensure the charger is DRY before plugging
it into a live socket.
• NEVER place the battery in a sealed container when
charging.
• Never charge battery near water.

• NEVER charge the battery for more than 12 hours,
as it may damage, deform or overheat the battery.
• Only use the dedicated charger for the scooter.
• The red light shown when charging indicates that the
power has been connected.
• For periods of prolonged non-use recharge battery
periodically to keep it fully charged and ensure long
battery life.

BATTERY USE
Charging the battery
1.
Always ensure that the Master Switch is OFF.
2.
Always ensure that the scooter is out of the water and
placed in a dry area (image 1).
3.
Give a half turn (180°) to the Latches and remove them
from the Nose Cone as shown in image 2 .
4.
Remove the Outer Nose Cone and Buoyancy Control
Chamber (image 3).
5.
Open the Vent by unscrewing the Vent Plug (image 4).
6.
Remove the Inner Nose Cone. To do this, first feed the
silicone ring through the latch holes in the Inner Nose
Cone and hook over the hooks on the Battery Housing
(see image 5). Then screw the Pump Nozzle onto the
Vent Hole and pump air into the Battery Chamber until
the Inner Nose Cone pops off and then remove the sili-
cone ring.
7.
Allow two minutes for any gases to dissipate.
8.
When you charge the sea scooter for the very first time,
this battery wire is not connect, make sure you do the-
right connect as shown in image 6. Notice: Black color-
wire is negative electrode, Red wire is positive electro-
de, make sure to match black wire with black side, and
red with red side.
9.
After you connect the battery wire, make sure put the
battery wire back as image 7 shows.
10.
Connect the battery cable to the charger cable and plug
charger into mains. Do not replace the Nose Cone.
11.
Charging will take 6 to 10 hours for a fully discharged
battery. Unplug the adapter from the mains when fully
charged.
12.
Unplug the battery cable from the charger cable and re-
connect to the housing cable.
13.
Make sure the seals and sealing surfaces are clean and
lubricated before replacing the Inner Nose Cone (see
image 8). Don’t rub off the oil as this waterproofs the
unit.
14.
Replace the Inner Nose Cone and make sure it is alig-
