PC
Go to the computer desktop. Right click on “My
Computer”. Click “Properties”. Select “Device
Manager”. Double click on “CD_ROM”, double
click on “CD-R (normally the manufacturer’s
name. click on “Settings”. Ensure “Auto insert
notification” is ticked and the “disconnect” is
ticked. If you change the settings the computer
will ask you to restart your PC. Click “Yes”.
My CD Installation
wizard does not work.
The auto installation file is

Symptom Problem
Solution
“ My Digital Camera
Manager ” folder is not
found in the Programs
menu after I have
installed the driver.
The installer for “ My Digital
Camera Manager ” requires
the camera to be connected
to the PC (via the USB)
after the software has been
installed & the PC restarted.
Installed the software, restart your PC, and
finally, connect the camera to the PC via the
USB port, then the software folder will appear
in the Program menu.

The docking station does not
have any power and I cannot
view the images on my TV.

connect the main adaptor to the docking
station and switch the power on

Connect the main adaptor to the mains
and switch on

The main adaptor has a short circuit
protection device, which may have
inadvertently operated. Disconnected
from the mains for 30 seconds, then
reconnect and switch back on. If the
docking station continoues not to operate,
contact the customers service department,
and describe the problem.
