8 Troubleshooting Problems

PC MAC
My image quality is
grainy.
I may have selected the
wrong frequency setting on
installation (

or
The light intensity is too dark.
Uninstall “
TV C@m
” software. Using the
different frequency setting the time (

Take photo with good lighting environment.
I receive an error
message when I am
installing my driver.
My driver does not load.
I cannot run my driver. Conflict with another camera
driver capture device.
If you have any other camera installed on your
computer, remove the camera and it’s driver
completely from your system to avoid conflict
with another camera or capture device.
Shut down all other applications and attempt
to reinstall the driver, or download the updated
driver from www.cool-icam.com and install the
updated driver.
Check the USB controller in your BIOS if they
are activated. If these does not work contact
your national customer support representative.

Symptom Problem
Solution
I cannot upload images
to the computer.
Connection failure

The camera has not
completed the image
processing when you have
tried to upload the images.
Check all cables connections are secured
or
• Always switch the camera on first before
connecting to the USB cable.
• Always let the camera switch off using the
auto off function.
Battery indicator icon is
blinking.
Battery power is too low to
continue taking images.

I cannot take the image
when pressing the
shutter button.
Your camera’s memory
is full.
Put

CD in the CD-ROM drive. I cannot access any
Funhouse’s templates.
