7.12 STERILIZATION CYCLE

Attention!
Before starting the sterilization cycle, remove all food products from the unit and clean the interior
thoroughly. (See chapter 8.2. Cleaning)

start screen.

General information:
"Sterilization" key is highlighted in blue
The air temperature is above +15°C. The process
can be started.
"Sterilization
“ is highlighted in gray
The air temperature is below +15°C. The process
cannot be started.
The cycle interface "sterilization"
opens. The evaporator fans run at low
speed and the ozone is fed into the
interior. Please keep the unit
’s door closed until
the cycle is finished after approx. 15 min.
Press the "Sterilization" key.

Large digits: calculated end time
Small digits: date of end of cycle
The blue bar below the date shows the time range
of where the process is at.
The elapsed time is displayed below the bar.
By pressing the on/off key, the unit
switches off. The start screen appears
on the display.
