Description
Grill and fan
180 - 240 °C
(210 °C)
The inner heating element and the upper heating element are both
working together with the fan.
Best results are achieved by using the top shelf for smaller foods
and a lower shelf for larger foods. The fan lessens the strong heat
from the upper heating element creating more even browning and
heat distribution, without drying out foods. Ideal for rapid cooking
and browning.
Convection
50 - 240 °C
(180 °C)
A heating element around the convection fan provides an additional
source of heat for convection style cooking. In convection mode
the fan automatically comes on to improve air circulation within the
oven and creates an even heat for cooking. This mode is suitable
for cakes, pastry and to roast meat when you want it well cooked
on the outside and tender in the middle. No pre-heating is required
when using this mode.
Pyrolytic
/
This is used for high temperature cleaning of the oven and when
selected, “PYR” is displayed. The timer can be set to 1:30 or 2:00
hours.
See Care and Maintenance below.
ECO
50 - 250 °C
(160 °C)
For energy-saving cooking. The temperature range of the
thermostat is wider and drops to a lower temperature to save
energy.
Note:
The adjustable temperature increments for each cooking mode are 5 °C with the exception of the
Grill which is a 30 °C increment.
