 Push-Chair comes with foot operated wheel locks.

1. To LOCK, use foot to press the forward portion of the lever until

locked in a positive stop. Figure 12.

Set wheel locks to locked position.  Push chair with light pressure on the rear
wheels.  If wheel rotates, adjust tension by turning the adjustment nut until wheels
no longer rotate while locked. Figure 14.

Use a wrench to tighten the stem nut.  Adjust the stem nut clockwise until
