WARNING
SUFFOCATION HAZARD
- Infants have suffocated:
- In gaps between extra padding and side of the bassinet / cradle.
- On soft bedding.
• Use only the pad supplied by Kolcraft with this bassinet. NEVER add a pillow, comforter, or additional mattress to this bassinet for padding.
• Infant carrier can roll over on soft surfaces and suffocate child. NEVER place carrier on beds, sofas, or other soft surfaces.
• Use only the sheet that is provided with the mattress pad for the carrycot. Call Kolcraft for a replacement cover / pad.
• To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your
physician.
• Do not use the bassinet without the liner attached.
• Do not allow any fabric to cover child’s nose or mouth.
• Head of the child in the carrycot should never be lower than the body of the child.
