Tips:

When you fry several different kinds of food, always fry the food that
uses the lowest temperature setting first

Do not mix different types of oil for frying.

Frying already pre-cooked foods may take less time to fry than
completely raw food.

Replace the oil every 10 to 15 uses; or if the oil becomes brown and
thick.
