Sets IP Address
IP=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx Defines IP address, then returns status
IP returns the current MAC address, current IP address, subnet mask, and
gateway. Response example : $MAC=0014C810001B
IP=192.168.001.251S IG=192.168.001.001 IM=255.255.255.000 IY=1.
S or D at end of IP indicates DHCP or Static address. 000.000.000.000 indicates
DHCP, but no DHCP server detected.
