9) Click on [TCP Connect Transport] in the [Transport] box.
10) Click on the [Configure…]. (Click on the [Configure…] on the right of [Transport].) Click on [Use
specific IP address] and then enter the IP address of target machine.
11) Click on [OK]. You can now debug and deploy Windows CE .NET 4.2 applications created with
VS .NET.
