Interrupt Control Function
Input signals of up to 16 input signals are usable as interrupt events. An interrupt is generated at the
falling edge (HIGH-to-LOW transition) and the rising edge (LOW-to-HIGH transition), or at both of
the edges.
Refer to the CPU Unit Reference Manual (Software) for detailed setting procedure of the digital filter.

Counter Function
This function enables you to set a single phase counter individually for all input terminals.
Count-up can be performed when input signal is changed the status into the falling edge (HIGH-to-
LOW transition) or the rising edge (LOW-to-HIGH transition), or into both of the edges.
Also note that the counter values are automatically saved upon turning off the power.
